lyrics
Abandonment; the song of the lost and alone
Sung by those with sins to atone
I put my faith in others
Now they’re pulling me under
Nothing to lose, nothing to gain
Nothing again, we’ve got nothing again
So go back and watch your TV screen
Forget that you’re a human being
You put your faith in others
Now they’re pulling you under
Nothing to lose, nothing to gain
Nothing again, we’ve got nothing again
Forget everything you’ve seen
Go home, drink yourself clean
Believe what you’re told to believe
Go home, drink yourself clean
You’re so old and lifeless
So miserable and so worthless
Your time is running out
Abandonment; the song of the lost and alone
Sung by those with sins to atone
Nothing to lose, nothing to gain
Nothing again, we’ve got nothing again
Forget everything you’ve seen
Go home, drink yourself clean
Believe what you’re told to believe
Go home, drink yourself clean
Go home, drink yourself clean
You’re so old
Miserable
Worthless, old and lifeless

This album would be more aptly named "Hits From The Bow II: Hits From The Stern". It so hearkens back to that first album that changed the face of experimental metal. I can't believe I missed this 6 years ago, but I'm so glad it exists. 10/10. brineryte
Two impressive vocalists, variable and skilled guitarists and a tight and very powerful rhythm section. That plus the ability to write a song really leaves nothing left to desire here. mourner
